Public Hearing Town of Rosendale Preliminary Budget Including High Falls Water District 2025

LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF ROSENDALE PRELIMINARY BUDGET
INCLUDING HIGH FALLS WATER DISTRICT 2025

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing, pursuant to Town Law Sec. 108,
shall be held at the Rondout Municipal Center, 1915 Lucas Avenue, Cottekill, New York,
on the 6th day of November 2024, at 6:00 o’clock in the p.m. for the public to be heard
on the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Rosendale, including the High Falls Water District, for the year 2025.

The Preliminary Budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk, where it may be inspected by any interested person during office hours.

Annual salaries for elected officials are proposed as follows:

Town Board                              $   9,214.23 each (4)
Town Supervisor                     $ 56,842.97
Highway Superintendent      $ 70,755.70
Town Clerk                               $ 44,208.31
Tax Collector                            $ 14,014.54
Town Justice                            $ 21,270.55 each (2)

ALL PERSONS INTERESTED and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard on said Preliminary Budget at the time place aforesaid.
