NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,

That the Town Board of the
Town of Rosendale will be
Holding a Public Hearing

On February 16, 2023 at 5:00PM

For the purpose of Local Law #2 of 2023 – To amend the Rosendale Town Code to amend Chapter 63 Taxation to increase income limits relative to the senior citizen tax exemption and Local Law #3 of 2023 to repeal and replace Chapter 63(taxation) Article II of the Town of Rosendale Town Code to provide exemptions for disables persons with limited income and all other Town business. The Special Meeting scheduled for February 10, 2023 at 5:00 PM is cancelled. The Special Meeting is located at the Rondout Municipal Building,
