NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE ROSENDALE PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale,
Ulster County, New York 12472, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §60-11
(B) of the Rosendale Town Code on application number #2023-2-Lands of the
Town of Rosendale located at 50 Brown Ave Rosendale NY 12472, Parcel
#70.26-6-10.120 and Lands of Saint Peters Church Cemetery located at 914
Elting Road Rosendale NY 12472, Parcel # 70.34-6-1.110, for a proposed Lot Line
Adjustment.

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 11^th 2023, at
which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
