PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of the Town of Rosendale, Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-42 (D)(1) of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2020-2-Marcor Goodin for a proposed Area Variance located at 121 East High Falls, NY 12440, Tax ID 70.47-2-18

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21st 2020, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
