 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROSENDALE PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale,

Ulster County, New York 12472, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §60-11

(B) of the Rosendale Town Code on application number #2020-9-Lands of Dietz

for a proposed Minor Subdivision located at Eddie Lane NY 12472, Parcel #70.4-1-26.148

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 14^th 2021, at

which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
