PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale, Ulster County, New York 12472, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §60-11 (B) of theRosendale Town Code on application number #2020-6-Lands of Jeannine Tully and Lands of Robert & Anne Tully for a proposed Lot Line Adjustment located at 1 Dutch Barn Drive High Falls NY 12440 Parcel #70.1-2-25 and Route 213 Rosendale NY 12472, Parcel #70.1-3-32

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 10th 2020, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
