Annual Election of the Bloomington Fire District
On December 13, 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

that the Annual Election of the Bloomington
Fire District will take place on December 13, 2022 between the hours of
6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Bloomington Fire House located at 14 Taylor
Street, Bloomington, NY 12411, for the purpose of electing three Fire
Commissioners, one for a five (5) year term commencing on January 1,
2023 and ending December 31, 2027, the other for a 2 year term
commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2024 and the other
for a 1 year term commencing on January 1, 2023 and ending on December
31, 2023. All persons who have resided in the Fire District since November
14 and who are registered with the Ulster County Board of Election on or
before November 21, 2022 shall be eligible to Vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the
Secretary of the Bloomington Fire District no later than twenty days before
the election, November 23, 2022. The candidate must indicate when filing
their name, which office they are seeking and the term they are seeking.
