  Rosendale Cement Company Halloween 2002
THE ROSENDALE CEMENT COMPANY'S COSTUME PARTY

was a B L A S T !!!

The Rosendale Cement Company has done it again....put on a Halloween bash like only they can do....

The atmosphere got increasingly spooky as the night air was filled with clouds of smoke billowing from the floor in swirls...the music was fabulous running the gamut from oldies to disco to Madonna. The food was an unbelievable treat to the palate...no tricks here. Crabcakes, polenta with a touch of sweetness, ginger spiced potato spirals, spareribs, chicken on skewers in peanut sauce and then the sweet treats....delectable chocolate truffly mini-cakes and other desserts. This place is a must for their special events and regular dining that all you Urbanites must come up and give yourself a night to remember after a day in the country.

So if you weren't there, here are some spooky people that were in a collage of pictures taken at the Cement Companies first annual Halloween Spookathon. Thanks, once more, to Scott, Bruce and RonDeena for allowing me to enjoy the greatest time I've had in a really long time. Reminds me of my hey days in good ol' Manhattan!

Here are our hosts in their Halloween couture, Scott  and Bruce ready to greet the wild assortment of guests you will see if you keep scrolling down for more pictures

_

Here is Roaring 20's RonDeena Ross the Rosendale Cement Company's manager and hostess....isn't she gorgeous?

We'll start off with the youngest of the guests, baby Callie & parents, recent New Paltz transplants from Manhattan....Welcome to the Valley!

The special treat of the night was Anita, a pychic that read guests    And, here is Pirate McDonough..... I mean Patrick McDonough!

Could this be the town's own building inspector, Harry Skerritt? And this Elton John Look-a-like is none other than Town councilman, Brian Cafferty

Some interesting guests with beaks, straw, monk-like behavior and "udderly" delightful costumes

I think Councilman Cafferty had some fun, don't you? Left: Brian and RonDeena Middle: Brian and Rochelle Maucher    Right: Brian and two gorgeous ladies.

Here is Scott, RonDeena and their Gourmet Chefs

RonDeena and husband, Steve and this scarecrow is responsible for the gorgeous gardens in the restaurant's outdoor paradise.

More interesting costumes and note the word above the right guest, spookily spelled out "TRANCE" while the swirls of smoke filled the room for an eery feel

Deputy Supervisor Pat McDonough and Deputy Supervisor Pat McDonough? Oh no that's Ann Citron costumed as the supervisor's deputy!

Well, as I said, a GREAT time was experienced by all who attended....I can't wait until the Rosendale Cement Company's next event, but until then---just stop by and have a great dinner, great company, conversation, fabulous drinks and even a Sunday Gospel Brunch
